Just tried to give a user shell access and it came up with...

Try going to "Account Functions" in WHM and then to "Modify an Account" and add shell access there.

Hi, I have the same issue as above poster, still looking into it. Proposed solution does not work for me, I get same error message as when I try activating the shell in Shell Acess panel.

Update to the latest version of cPanel. They just fixed this bug.
