sorry there is only one drive in this machine

I get this error when i go to change the drive of a client i searched google with no success and my datacenters forums as well as cpanel any body have any ideas on how to fix this the drives are mouted correctly?

All drives are shown under the filesystem.
sda = drive 1
sdb = drive 2
sdc = drive 3
sdd = drive 4

Any help on making these other drives appear in cPanel would be greatly appreciated

hi,
you would need one drive with a partition as home2, then on root whm, on basic server setup input home2 as the partition used for new accounts.
cpanel will always create new accounts on the drive which has most available free space.
