Sorry you cannot create this account because you are out of disk space

my main accound sais i am using 0mb of space and that i have unlimited space,
when i go into my webhostmanager to make a new accound for 50mb i get the error
"Sorry you cannot create this account because you are out of disk space. You
have exceeded your disk space allotment by 50 Megabytes!" this the settings i
chose is the r50 option.

You must have hard limits on. This won't let you oversell and by the account already being set at unlimited you won't be able to create any more.
