Spam Assassin

I can't get spam assassin to bounce emails to the spam folder and over the last couple of days i have been getting this message

recipients after more than 72 hours on the queue on osiris.24-7dns.net.

The subject of the message is: Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender
The date of the message is: Sun, 14 Sep 2003 15:33:02 +0100

The address to which the message has not yet been delivered is:

username@server
Delay reason: mailbox /home/powder/mail/spam is not a regular file

No action is required on your part. Delivery attempts will continue for
some time, and this warning may be repeated at intervals if the message
remains undelivered. Eventually the mail delivery software will give up,
and when that happens, the message will be returned to you.

Which i am guess is the reason beind it not working, anyone know how to fix this please ?/

Anyone any ideas at all on this as it is annoying having SpamAssasin work on clicents accouts but not mine

chances are someone tried to link the spam box to /dev/null. That wont work for spam assassin from what I've seen.
