    Default SPAM Filter Question

There used to be an email account in my cPanel, and it started to receive hundreds of SPAM messages a day - so, I decided to delete it. Now, all of the messages are going to my catch-all box, instead.

How do I make it so all of the emails that are sent to this old address are deleted? I don't know what kind of spam filter to create to achieve this.

    Thanks

I would delete that account and set the catch-all to blackhole.

If that does not work you could always forward it to another domain that does have a blackhole.

That would probably be the easiest, if not just setup an a subdomain and set the quota to 0 and have it forward there. There might be some real way of doing it but I cannot remember right now if spamassasin has such options.
