How to check what version of spamassasin is installed on cpanel server ?

You can check the version by running spamd -V command on command line:

-bash-3.00# spamd -V
SpamAssassin Server version 3.2.3
running on Perl 5.8.8
with SSL support (IO::Socket::SSL 1.13)
with zlib support (Compress::Zlib 1.42)
