Do you have Net::IP installed? It was missing on my server and that's why DNS lookup didn't function in SA.

That seemed to help for a little while and now I am starting to get more spam coming through again.

looks like my spam assassin was updated to 3.1.0. anyone else having trouble with this?

Scores are still low even after trying all the options mentioned in this thread. Any other options to check out?
