spamassassin and account level filter

I am having problem, when making account level filter with Rule: spam status begins with=Yes, Action: redirect to email and then discard.
After enabling this filter, spamassassin auto delete is enabling (if it was disabled) and then if I will disable spam auto delete it will delete the filter.
