Is there a way to filter by score? E.g. the if the "X-Spam-Status" flag has a score > 100, then I want the email to be auto-deleted. Any ideas?

that already done in cpanel. each user may set own SA score settings. By default it is 5 if i correct remember. You also may set score in server SA config file like 100 or less in file: /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf

Nope, it's not done by default. If the score exceeds the score in user_prefs file, then the messages is 'tagged' and moved into a spam folder. I would like it to be *discarded* immediately, not just tagged, so that it doesn't stay there in my Exim queue. Right now, whenever I check the Exim queue from WHM, there are always over a 1000 messages, and I am trying to solve that problem. Thanks for any ideas!
really, you are not correct. just go to to Cpanel, open Filter email menu item and read message about SA. You may discard all of tagged by SA as SPAM messages.

Thanks rustelekom, that sounds promising. I am in my Email Filtering in cpanel. What should the rule be?
WHERE "Spam Assassin Spam Header" [MATCHES REGEX? CONTAINS? IS?] [WHAT]???
Thanks for any ideas!
Filter Maintenance:
Hint: To filter all mail that SpamAssassin has marked as spam, just choose "SpamAssassin Spam Header", "begins with", and then enter "Yes" in the box.
and then indicate in Destination: Discard
