SpamAssassin and the new v3.0

First, I know that there is spamassassin on our server by default as it's a checkbox in the "tweak settings" in the WHM....

Now, in each individual cpanel - there is an option to turn it on and off. But there also seems to be a server wide spamassassin, that even if your account has it disabled - the server is still bouncing like yahoo group emails...
Is there any way to configure the server protection to be off and ONLY controled on each account by the account owner?


Also...
Is this new spam assassin (version 3.0) going to be in the next cpanel updates? Or would I have to physically update myself...

actually... i checked and it seems to be running on v3 now after the mail:: update thing...
