SpamAssassin Spm Folder + Whitelist

We have SpamAssassin enabled and it is going to the Spam folder on Horde. We cannot get RC to display the SPAM emails although there is a spam folder. So within Horde, we see a false positive. How do we set it so this false positive is neevr caught in spam again? We use Horde just to view the spam folder and normally pull email back to Outlook via POP (and this does not show us the SPAM folder). So how we do ensure we get future emails from the false positives delivered to Outlook? How do we set a whitelist using Horde once we see a false positive?

You can set the whitelist using Horde using the below mentioned steps:

1. Open email address using Horde.
2. Click on Inbox.
3. Click on Options.
4. Select Filters from Other Section.
5. Click on Edit your whitelist.
6. Enter the Email address and click on save.

Once you add the email address on whitelist you should receive the mails in your inbox rather than spam folder.

So Horde would control the whitelist? Is there any other place that we can see / manage this list? Maybe inside cPanel somewhere?

I am not sure but you can try to add the email address as whitelist by configuring the Spam Assassin.

1. Open cPanel.
2. Click on Mail.
3. Click on Spam Assassin.
4. Configure Spam Assassin.
5. Enter the email addresses on Whitelist section

Kindly follow the above mentioned steps and have a try.
