I added the following to /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf:
rewrite_subject 1
subject_tag {Spam?}
whitelist_from @got-support.com
I know this file is correct, because my subject lines, server-wide are being rewritten properly, but my help desk software which comes from support@got-support.com continues to get flagged as spam.
Any thoughts?
