Default Spammers spoofing e-mail from <random name>@mydomain.com (not being sent locally)

Anybody ever run in to this? I'm getting 5-10 e-mails a day (Undelivered errors primarily) where a spammer has tried to send viagra spam (and the like) from <random name>@mydomain.com to another e-mail address.

I'm worried about this from a blacklist / SPEWS perspective. Any suggestions on preventing this or stopping it? I know there's little I can do given they are just spoofing e-mail addresses.

Thanks for any help / advice.

    Brian

Just noticed this thread -- the exact same thing has happened to me.. about a week ago they started flooding a contact form (almost identical to that one) with junk e-mails.

My question now might be how to prevent them from using my domain to send spam in the future. Any ideas?

    Thanks,

    Brian

This has been happening to us for a while now, too. I don't think there's anything we can do about it...

you should consider disable send e-mail using nobody account to force yours users to use smtp connections.

and also should try to implement your exim with something like this:
