Squirrelmail did not automatically update

My server had Squirrelmail 1.2.11 but the current stable release is 1.4.2 with 1.5 in beta. I just performed a server upgrade to 9.2.0 and it updated Perl, PHP and lots of other components but it did not update Squirrelmail. Is there a setting I missed that made it skip Squirrelmail? Thanks in advance for pointing me in the right direction.
