Squirrelmail and Horde are blank pages

I have a problum with webmail.

The neomail works ok, but Horde and Squirrelmail all show blank pages.

My WHM is 8.6.0 and my cPanel is 8.6.0-R23 in FreeBSD 4.8-RELEASE-p14.

I tried that:
/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php

it showed
/usr/libexec/ld-elf.so.1: Shared object "libintl.so.5" not found

but it has /usr/local/cpanel/lib/libintl.so.4

What should I do? Thx.

Think you need to chown the folders to cpanel.cpanel

#chown -R cpanel.cpanel <foldername>

Take a note of current user/group before making change, so you can go back if it fail to work.
