Default SSH access via Public Key Auth for cPanel users - How?

I found instructions here for enabling Public Key (passwordless) auth for WHM:

    http://www.cpanel.net/security/publickeyauth.htm

But how exactly do I enable this for my users that need (jailed) SSH access for their respective vsite/cpanel accounts?

    Default

Nevermind. I discovered that it was tons easier just to have the customer generate their own key, then email them to us. We then simply install within their .ssh directory and off we go.
