ssh not working

hello

today I wake up and tried to login to SSH on my server
it asks username

login as: xxx
Sent username "xxx"
xxx@11.11.11.11's password:

i type it and the SSH stands and then lose connection...
i tried with other usernames too

i checked the server load by WHM (it's less than 3) and tried restarting SSH... didn't work yet

now I requested DC to enable telnet on my server so I can investigate and i'm waiting...

anyone already had a similar problem?

ideas on how should I investigate? are there some logs for sshd?

nevermind

i tried accessing with SSH official client and it worked...
but don't know why with putty it doesn't work
