SSL For Addon Domains?

Hi, we are running a multi-store multi-website magento and I have managed to get unique IP addresses for each addon domain. If I add a certificate through the WHM panel for each IP will it work?

At the present time you may install one SSL certificate per cPanel account. I recommend separating each add-on domain to be in its own unique cPanel account so that you may easily and safely manage the installed SSL virtual hosts.
