Default SSL cert for 2087 and 2083

I have installed a Geotrust cert for our server to use as a shared cert. When I go to https://server.domain.com everything works fine, and when I inspect the cert, it is completely accurate. BUT, when I goto https://server.domain.com:2087 or :2083 I get the original cert for the box when I purchased it. Which is the snakeoil, or self-signed cert. I have installed certs before for the the whole server and have not seen this before. This also happen when I try https://server.domain.com/securewhm, etc.

    Any ideas?

The error I am getting is the top one in the pop-up box that IE sends. I believe it says something to the effect of : The security certificate was issued by a company you have not chosen to trust.

    Thanks

UPDATE: I tried to restart both cpanel and stunnel. Neither had any effect.

Well, it may depend on how you actually installed the CRT. If you tried to install it through the SSL Manager, you may try to follow what I posted here and see if it actually works. It requires you to SSH into the server, but seems to be working for me because I haven't had any problems with it yet.

WHM/cPanel uses it's own cetificate. Go into WHM, and under the "SSL/TLS" menu, click "Change WHM/cPanel Certificate".

    It is stored in /usr/local/cpanel/etc/mypanel.pem

The "Change WHM/CPanel Certificate" option loads this file up with whatever you tell it to.
