SSL Cert added but can't use https?

I have recently migrated from Ensim to cPanel and I love cPanel.

However I have an odd issue.

I purchased a new SSL certificate for one of my sites (the site is IP based and not name based). The new certificate is an SBS Instant certificate.

I had no trouble generating the required info and importing the certificate, and when I go into whm I can see the certificate.

However, when I try to access this site using https instead of http I get error 12263 and a blank page.

I restarted Apache after importing the certificate, is there something else I must do?

try re-installing the certificate using the option Install SSl cert and setup the domain.
