housefire is on a distinguished road
ssl certificate not transfering servers when copying account to new server.
When I move a hosting account that includes an ssl certificate to a new server using the account copy option in whm, the account copies over, but the ssl certificate does not.

Is this normal?

logicsupport is on a distinguished road
It seems that the transfer will copy the ssl. Can you try to install ssl again for the domain through WHM and I think it will automatically fetches the details.

You can view the ssl cert from the old server's whm ssl manager, then reinstall it in the new server's ssl section.
