    Default SSL Certs

Hi there, i have installed a SSL certificate but it comes up as untrusted.

The issuer said i need to delete it and try installing it again.

I deleted the Host in WHM, and then tried from the the SSL manager with the Cpanel of that host.

However it says that i cannot delete it as it still exists in the SSL directory.

I logged on with SSH but i cannot find where to remove it.

Can a kind user help a linux novice out.

Preferably with the commands to do it as i dont want to upset the site.

    Many thanks CTC

    Default try this

    ssh to your server

    pico /usr/share/ssl/certs/offending_cert

    and/or

    pico /usr/share/ssl/private/offending_key

After deleting the cert and key, edit your httpd.conf and remove the SSL entry for that domain.

maybe better to reboot the server too
