ssl corrupt

this is what im getting when trying to generate a request/key:

SSL Manager


SSL Certificate Signing Request




Unable to load config info
unable to find 'distinguished_name' in config
problems making Certificate Request
22261:error:0E06D06A:configuration file routines:NCONF_get_string:no conf or environment variable:conf_lib.c:325:


i tried tunning fixeverything but that didnt fix anything, . i also tried upgrading to the latest stable version of cpanel, that didnt do the trick either.

any ideas, been working on it for some time now.
