SSL Error

Dear All,

I am facing the following SSL error from last few days in our WHM/Cpanel , I tried different ways but not solved yet

Please have a look at attached snap from my firefox .

RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG usually means that the certificate was not installed properly. You may want to delete any .crt and .cabundle files for that domain from the server (they are located in /usr/share/ssl/certs), and then reinstall it.

We've had the occasional similar problem fixed with this method.

/usr/share/ssl/certs is not valid path on Cpanel installed machine


I am using CentOS 5.2 with Cpanel


so please provide me some accurate info

/usr/share/ssl/certs does exist on a cPanel server.
However, you can also remove the SSL via WHM>>SSL/TLS>>Manage SSL Hosts and then try reinstalling it .

If you installed the SSL through cPanel -> Security -> SSL/TLS Manager, I think the certificate gets stored in /home/USERNAME/ssl/cert (or something similar).
