SSL Installation problem

I am having a lot of trouble installing SSL certs in WHM.
No matter what I do, the Submit button is always greyed out when I try to submit. All the SSL files are correct, and I have tried it on several domains (purchasing different certs for each).
I can call my support team at Ace host, who do a great job of installing them.
But I want to do this myself! What am I doing wrong?

Thanks, ujr. I did look again at them, but really I already did that. I have looked all over for an answer, to no avail.
My problem is that in WHM I purchase an SSL cert from XRamp, and go through all the proper procedure for installing it. But the 'do it' button always greys out when I complete filling the information in. It seems as though the certificate is not correct, but it must be because if I ask the hosting support guys, they install it no problem! I keep asking them to help me figure out where I am going wrong, but they can't seem to see what is happening either.
Has anyone had this experience before?

some of our resellers have occassionally stated that they were experiencing problems installing them too... but in most cases when we did it for them, we found that the account was lacking a static IP... other than this, I don't know why it wouldn't work.

Perhaps ask your host to login as you when installing the SSL in WHM, and see if they have issues with it.

It definietly has a static IP, in fact this problem is occurring on all the ssl installations I am doing, and some of them are renewals!
The support guys log in with my whm credentials, and seem to get it working. I actually run an entire server, so I have root privileges. Would this have any bearing on it?

What are the steps you take to create the key and csr and then install the cert?
Also make sure that the lines are not wrapped incorrectly when you paste your cert.

I go to 'purchase & Install SSL Certificate', click on the XRamp logo, enter the information and pay for the certificate. I get a couple of emails with the CSR and private key. After validation, I go to either:
a) 'purchase & Install SSL Certificate' and click on the 'install certificate' button for the relevant order. This usually pre-populates the domain, user, IP and key fields, but not the certificate. Sometimes, the certificate is filled automatically, but the 'do it' button greys.
b) 'install a SSL certificate and setup the domain' and try entering the info manually. Usually, if I start by entering the domain, the user, IP, and key fields fill automatically, but not the certificate.

I will try putting the information in different orders. Sometimes I get a javascript error 'access denied' popup.

i think i have found a resolution to theis problem

i was having the greyed out button problem, i was logged into WHM through the http:// not https://

i logged in under https:// and it allowed me to install it without any problem - maybe its a security thing

i have no hair left - but i solved the problem and hopefully saved other the loss of valuable hair
