    Default ssl manager

an obvious flaw with the ssl manager is allowing users to create self signed scripts with passphrases, this cause the server to hang at boot waiting for the passphrase to be entered. i would like to either, a) outright disable ssl manager, b) remove just this function.

also, how would a user go about adding a ssl script with a ca-bundle? is this possible or do i need to handle this on the admin side?

i really wanna remove this feature so it doesnt become a problem. i have no problem manually installing certs or letting lpanel do it.

could i just remove the icon somehow from the panel? and if so, were would i find the location of said link? in the theme files?
