SSL & POP3, SMTP - still seeing expired cert.

Note: I already searched the forums and did not find a detailed answer on this issue.

I use a SSL cert for my domain. I installed the SSL in Dec 25th, 2004 and then again in December 25th, 2005 as the 2004 had expired, and now my cert doesnt expire until Dec 25th, 2006.

If you go to https://enfinityhost.com my SSL is valid, no issues.

However, if you download email via POP3, the email client complains and says that the cert has expired and to check my date settings etc. I view the certificate and it is using my first SSL cert that expired in December 25th, 2004, not the latest that is installed which expires in 2006. NO IT IS NOT USING CPANEL/WHM CERT, nor do I want it to. Both certs are from Godaddy.

So, how do I fix this, what files need to be copied to where so they use the current cert and not the old one?

Another thing,

I just noticed that when I access WHM or CPANEL, using https://enfinityhost.com:2087 or https://enfinityhost.com:2083 that it shows the cert as expired, still using Godaddy and is an old cert that I used, but not utilizing the correct new cert. Now, if I access the my site https://enfinityhost.com theres no problems. So Apache is the only service that is utilizing the newer cert. Any ideas?
