ssl popup on firefox

Dear All,

i have installed a ssl certificate issued by comodo through cpanel i have filled in all the details including can bundle. when i see my https url in IE it shows fine but in firefox/mozilla it popups a window which saying "Unable to verify the Identity of "domainname" as a trusted site, there is no such error in IE though can anybody help me with it ?

strange enough i cant see any entry in my http.conf of ssl for the domain i am facing problem where do cpanel put the entries for ssl ?
