ssl problem install

I just converted a site to a dedicated ip. I then went and order a cert. Sent CSR got a cert install it. It doesn work when you go directly to the https://websitename.com
The website appears under WHM>> ssl manager as having a key, csr and crts, but doesn't show up WHM >> List SSL Host.

I have three other secure domains they show up, but this one doesn't? Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

After restrating the server and httpd I decided to retry it. Some how the CA part of the ssl interface got populated. I must have mistakenly pasted the crt there. Anyhow, after I emptied that it started working again. Just so you know.. So sorry to waste your time.
