SSL stopped working for cPanel (2083)

Earlier this morning I tested and ran cPanel, then I changed the main ip address and hostname. WHM works with and without SSL, cPanel works only without SSL (2082).

I'm still using self generated certs, I reset all of them. I tried upgrading from STABLE to RELEASE, I've tried restarting cpanel, I've tried using different IP's. I've searched the boards and it looks like people had a stunnel problem associated with this, it appears I don't.

Any ideas would be helpful.

What we have seen is, that sometimes the process stunnel dies. And so the access to the SSL ports to cPanel/WHM doesn't work anymore. But we don't now why so far. So a restart from Cpanel is the workaround.
