do you mean default certificate which used in WHM (port 2087) and Cpanel (2083)? If yes, it cannot be removed without manual editing config files. But it can be replaced with newly selfgenerated or purchased SSL certificate.

I have no idea mate. I jsut get this message when i got to delete the CRT.

The Certificate for nanotekpc.co.uk has been deleted. The Certificate for nanotekpc.co.uk cannot be fully deleted, because it is installed in the system ssl directory!

    Any more Suggestions?

So if i get my webhost to install a new CRT via WHM it will wipe that one?
