SSL won't use key file, help with SSL please.

Here is the error:

Attempting to verify your certificate..... Modulus mismatch, key file does not match certificate. Please use the correct key file

But the key is the one from the request.

Any ideas this person is desperate and SSL seems to always give me issues when trying to install in WHM.

Best to create a new key/csr pair and request a re-issued certificate from the certificate provider.
