I have try all my server , copy account form another server (no root login)
I have try cpanel backup and restore , and WHM transfer function , also error.

remember , download why file at last will show .tmp in >>/home/cptmp/

can't restore in whm not tar.gz , if i mv file to tra.gz also can't restore , Please fix it , urgent!!!
