Starting Cpanel6 Services FAILED

Can someone help as I'm out of ideas. I've only got 12 days on my test license and I've been attempting to get it working that last 3 days without success. Install seems fine, but get the follow error messages when starting services....

Starting Cpanel6 services: /usr/local/cpanel/cpaneld: error while loading shared libraries: /usr/local/cpanel/perl/Fcntl/Fcntl.so

Cannot open shared object file: no such file or directory.

webmail or pop services won't start neither. I'm running a fresh clean new server redhat 7.3 I've already reformatted and reinstalled cpanel serveral times. Searched the forums without success.

Please help!

Thanks, but I'm still having the exact same error/problem.

I ran the /scripts/updatenow and /scripts/upcp

the update took about 2 hours but I"m at the same place.

The error reads....

Starting Cpanel6
receiving file list ... done

/usr/local/cpanel/cpaneld: error while loading shared libraries /usr/local/cpanel/perl/Fcnt/Fcntl.so

When I go to the above path, the file Fcntl.so is missing.

Any suggestions as to what I can do?

After reloading, I'm getting the following error messages after restarting cpanel. I can't go to http://myipaddress:2086 or https://myipaddress:2087

Can someone please help me with any suggestions?

What's going on here? How long do I have to wait for support to be provided for a potential customer? Am I going to have the lack of support once I become a customer? Should I consider Plesk or Ensim?

::getting fustrated:: as I only have a few days on my 15 day trial license and I haven't received any responses.

I don't have the file
/usr/local/cpanel/perl/Fcntl/Fcntl.so

on my server. Did you try to upgrade perl or something? Was perl already on the box?

Try re-installing perl:

it appears that the current error message is something about execvp: No such file or directory.

I have upgraded perl and cpanel. The current error messages lies on

Starting Web Host Manager services: execvp: No such file or directory

I had the execvp error once trying to install CPanel but now I lost it somehow.. cant remember though sorry.. I think i just re-downloaded CPanel and installed it again..
