Which stat(s) programs use the least resources

Out of the ones available in WHM, which one(s) use the least resources? If I have one enabled, is it possible to keep it from working on one specific account? The problem is I am in top and frequently see one specific user using all of the memory and a lot of other systems resources to run analog.
