    Default Statistic messages

we often get this message, please, can you tell me what can it be?
    what must we check first?

IMPORTANT: Do not ignore this email.
This is cPanel cpuwatch on XXX.com!
While processing, the cpu has been
maxed out for more then a 6 hour period. The current load/uptime line on the server at the time of
    this email is
    13:21:07 up 14 days, 2:21, 0 users, load average: 7.54, 7.82, 9.00
You should check the server to see why the load is so high and take
steps to lower the load. If you want stats to continue to run even with a high load; Edit
/var/cpanel/cpanel.config and change extracpus to a number larger then 0 (run
/usr/local/cpanel/startup afterwards to pickup the changes).

These emails are the result of cpuwatch script...resides in /usr/local/cpanel/bin/ and /usr/local/cpanel/src/wrap/ .....it checks for cpuload....

Solution : As stated in warning email :

    Code:
    load average: 7.54, 7.82, 9.00
As your server is facing high load problem...you need to find root cause of such a high load....analyze the output of top...and check for the processes taking much cpu resources...if you just want to stop these emails than edit /var/cpanel/cpanel.config and change extracpus variable to some higher number i.e. 5 or something like that...
