Statistics Not Updating at all

I am not sure if my statistic software is running properly or at all. Under "Statistics Software Configuration" I have it set to only use Awstats. If you click under "See Specific User's Statistics Summary" it shows the following which leads me to believe it isn't updating:

Bandwidth Last Processed at:
Wed Dec 31 19:00:00 1969

Stats Processing is Behind 0.00 minutes

Also under the a site's control panel if you go to Awstats it says "There are no domains which have awstats stats to display."

Also if I do try to force it by using "Process Statistics for User" option on the Statistics Software Configuration page it still doesn't seem to update it.

How can I fix this?

Try updating awstats manually from shell.
Login to server as root and execute following command.

root@Server[~]#/scripts/runweblogs cpanelusername

Note: Replace cpanelusername with your actual cpanel username.
