Hi,

We have one account where none of the stats appear to be working at all?!?

I have searched these forums and tried a couple of things but they are still stuck.

Any ideas?

/scripts/fixwebalizer USERNAME

You'll want to make a copy of /tmp/webalizer first, within the account, just to make sure you save the previous output.

OK, backup /tmp/webalizer for the account in question.
Then remove all contents of /tmp/webalizer by hand.

Next, /scripts/runweblogs USERNAME ............

If you don't get new content then your entire webalizer config is hosed and you'll have to start rebuilding the guts of it.

does your subdomain stats updating everyday? Mine does not work at all.

Tried all this and the webalizer dir is empty.....all other accounts are fine. Any more ideas????

What are the owner and permissions of tmp and tmp/webalizer?

the users /tmp/webalizer folder is empty?!?

I mean what's the output of these in the user's home directory:

# ls -ld tmp

# ls -ld tmp/webalizer

For instance, mine are all:

drwx------ 5 user user 4096 Mar 25 08:33 tmp/

drwx------ 3 user user 4096 Mar 19 08:58 tmp/webalizer/

where user is each user's name.
