Stats configuration does not change theme to match stats

We have a cpanel account that has only awstats set up. But the x theme still shows webalizer and anolog stats when they click on the stats section.

The Stats configuration is not updating the theme to match the accounts specific stats arrangement.

By default we have no stats running and added awstats to this account but the theme still shows webalizer and anolog even though by default it's not even chosen.

Build: WHM 10.6.0 cPanel 10.6.0-R55
RedHat i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

O.K. so the option:

Stats Selector?

Is not even listing as a choice for that server under feature manager without pro installed.

To have users change their own stats program do they need cpanel pro?

Because the server with cpanel pro has the option under feature manager but still does not work.

Something is off here, if it's only a pro option then why is Statistics Software Configuration on all servers under server configuration.

And why if you disable all the stats in the feature manager under default does it not add the option for that stats porogram when turnd on from the Statistics Software Configuration?
