stats not working one domain

awstats has not updated for one domain for 48hrs.

Now I tried to do it manually via ssh

root@server5 [/scripts]# ./runstatsonce user
This script requires cPanel 6.4.2 Build 11+

I edited the cpanel.config file to change it from 6 to 4 (4 is correct) and restarted cpanel, re-ran and got the above error still.

/scripts/runweblogs username
