You can enable the cPanel stats from WHM. WHM --> Tweak Settings --> Stats Program.

Statistics are only generated once every 24 hours by default. Please wait at least that long before expecting web statistics to appear in your cPanel interface. Contact your hosting company if the statistics do not appear in your account after 48 hours.
