Stats Problem

After I upgraded to the last CPanel, my stats stopped working. Running /scripts/runstatsonce produces the following error:

This script requires cPanel 6.4.2 Build 11+
Urchin webserver is not running
Urchin scheduler is not running
1
==> cPanel Log Daemon version 22.2
==> Shared RRDTOOL support enabled
==> Ignoring lastrun files and running all stats now
==> cpanellogd will exit after stats have run

Any suggestions on fixing this?

Once I updated to apache 2. and php5 using EA3, my stats stopped working for all sites/accounts.

I get the same error as markerpower.

Immediatley after executing /scripts/runstatsonce what does

# ps ax | grep -i logd

output?

It should be something like:

root@mundane [/var/cpanel]# ps ax | grep -i logd
 1858 ?        SN     0:02 cpanellogd - sleeping for logs
 2932 ?        Ss     0:12 syslogd -m 0
 2936 ?        Ss     0:00 klogd -x
 6413 pts/0    S+     0:00 grep -i logd
root@mundane [/var/cpanel]#

Which shows it's processing stats for a user.

however, all stats on my server processed last on 9/13/2007 which is when I upgraded to Apache 2, and php5, using CURRENT settings on this particular box.

Even running runstatsonce, or runweblogs, nothing is changed for users stats.
