Stats stopped updating last night

I have a server running Cpanel 10.8.2-R80 and last night sometime awstats stopped updating on all accounts. Looking at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/stats_log doesn't show much, just:

Processing exim stats for blah.......Done
Child [1407]: exited with signal 0
WEBLANG english
Archive Status: 0
About to fork for blah [DOMAIN: blah.com]

It shows this for each domain.

I have tried updating cpanel, /scripts/runstatsonce, restarting cpanellogd, restarting syslogd, restarting crond and pretty much everything mentioned in any other thread on stats not updating.

Any ideas?

r80 did indeed break it, however, r83 fixes the issue.
