[statscheck] Stats/Server Overload on ...Help

Hello,

I apologize if this issue has been addressed in an earlier thread, but I tried to search for this to no avail.

Based on the email I received below, is there any way to turn off the processing of log files for this user or turn them off period across the board?.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

IMPORTANT: Do not ignore this email.
This is cPanel stats runner on neo.essene.ca!
While processing the log files for user xxxx, the cpu has been
maxed out for more then a 6 hour period. The current load/uptime line on the server at the time of
this email is
11:16pm up 22:07, 0 users, load average: 4.06, 3.73, 3.74
You should check the server to see why the load is so high and take
steps to lower the load. If you want stats to continue to run even with a high load; Edit
/var/cpanel/cpanel.config and change extracpus to a number larger then 0 (run
/usr/local/cpanel/startup afterwards to pickup the changes).
