Default [statscheck] Stats/Server Overload on server.*****.com

IMPORTANT: Do not ignore this email.
This is cPanel stats runner on server.*****.com!
While processing the log files for user domains, the cpu has been
maxed out for more then a 6 hour period. The current load/uptime line on the server at the time of
    this email is
    03:36:26 up 6 days, 4:30, 0 users, load average: 5.04, 4.70, 4.51
You should check the server to see why the load is so high and take
steps to lower the load. If you want stats to continue to run even with a high load; Edit
/var/cpanel/cpanel.config and change extracpus to a number larger then 0 (run
/usr/local/cpanel/startup afterwards to pickup the changes).
I've been getting these emails for the pass week and I need help on how to fix this problem.
I checked through SSH(typed top) and it shows the user maxing out the cpu is "nobody".

You'll need to search the forums to teach yourself how to investigate performance problems (or possible exploit detection) or hire someone who can do it for you.

Sorry, but if you had you'd have enough knowledge on how to investigate performance problems. As I said, if you don't know how, you'll need to hire someone who can, there's little point going over the same ground that has been discussed in a whole raft of threads before.

I want to learn how to admin a server and by hiring someone to solve my problems will not.
If someone wants to tell me how to fix this problem then great and if not it doesn't matter.

I think I found the problem... looks like a phpBB worm (Perl.Santy) was causing all the problem.
