Default Sticking Virtual Host entries in a separate file?

One thing I've noticed about cPanel is just how messy httpd.conf can get with all those VirtualHost entries mixed amongst non-VH lines. It would be nice if the VirtualHost definitions could be held in a completely separate file.

Any chance of this ever happening? Please?

No idea, you could put in a enhancement request in bugzilla if you want an answer from cPanel. Having said that, although untidy, it is a standard way of configuring Apache, i.e. all in one configuration file. They used to recommend 3 configuration files for different parts of the Apache configuration, but did away with that idea some years ago.

Funny enough I know some major orgs. that still put the vh info in a seperate include file. Personally I much prefer it in seperate files. (guess I'm getting old and prefer the old ways).

I guess I never expressed a preference - I wouldn't mind it in a separate include file, but so long as it doesn't become like Ensim, which IMHO is ridiculous.
