Strange bandwidth discrepencies

I hope someone can shed some light here:

One of my accounts lists an amount of 9577 Megabytes of bandwidth utilisation used on the main CPanel page of that account. However, if you go and view the Webalizer stats for that account, it only shows an amount of 4379mb used.

I can understand some differences, but one value is over double the other! Anyone got an explanation for this anomaly?

Webalizer only counts HTTP transfer, it doesnt include other things such as POP3, SMTP etc

What does Cpanel/WHM track now?
FTP?
WWW?
POP3?
SMTP?
SSH?
