One of our customers is getting a strange error when he downloads his raw access logs from cpanel.

The odd thing is it works when we try it so it must be something on his computer preventing it, I just cant think of what it could be

The error hes getting is:
"Compilation error : unrecognized header sting"

using IE 6, has tried spyware detectors and nothing found, any ideas?
