Strange Login-Problems

Hello Community

We've an urgent and strange Problem:
- default Mailboxes: Login doesn't work of all Accounts
- cPanel: Login doesn't work of all Accounts
- WHM: Login doesn't work of all Accounts
- FTP-Login: works of all Accounts
- some@mailadresses.com works of all Accounts

We've upgraded cPanel last tuesday to the newest Version, at Thursday, we've the Problem that mbox was active and not converted and some@mailadresses.com hasn't worked...

cPanel-Support is a little bit slow at the Moment

Anyone who can helps?

I think they broke something as we can not connection to some database and can only connect to cpanel thru port numbers
