Strange problem

Hallo

i recently set up 2 dedicated servers,
the first dedicated server has encountered no problems, however the second one has the following problem:

when accessing the listed accounts, and clicking the IP, it should bring up (example IP address) 11.11.11/~username/

but it redirects me to this "http://host/~username/"


i have tweaked the settings "mod_userdir Tweak" but this problem is recurring.

please help.
